In home it's not possible,, u have to loose ur weight first of all,, otherwise have to do surgery for this purpose

But only taking collagen peptide won't help in osteoporosis and knee pain.
You have to be started on some other medications also.
Sometimes knee pain is because of severe vitamin d3 deficiency. We need to run some blood tests also.
