First of all predmet is steroids. U can't stop it all of a sudden. U should reduce the dose gradually and stop it. All of a sudden if you stop ,u can have other problems too.

This is a progressive disorder. Please let me know which particular joints are involved and then specific advise for each joint can be given as how to prevent the progression. There are certain drugs which do help in reducing the degenerative process.

Regards Lybrate user. I empathize your concern. One needs to understand about osteoarthritis to better be able to manage the disorder.
