Lower pole calculus of 6.9 mm shouldnot be obstructing drainage of urine .so surgery is not the first option. Please take plenty of liquids and follow up the calculi with repeat USG. However, if it is causing symptom, then endoscopic treatment like PCNL may be required.

Please do a CT KUB CONTRAST. The management depends on the CT image. 11 mm stone is difficult to come out with medications alone.
