Hello,
If you have not been feeding your baby every 2 hrly then there are chances that lactational amenorrhoea may not last 6 months but menses can start in next 1-2 months itself. This will not affect milk production.

-2 months continues hora bole tho ek scan karna , agar wo normal hei tho tension ki baat nahi.
last days mein toda blood aur mucus ke saat rehta , normal hei.
-Agar jyada bleeding hora tho hi madam advise kare wo shuru karna.
-Kam bleeding hei tho Tab. Trapic 500 mg 3times a day for 3 days use karke dekho. Aise hi bleeding continues hei tho scan karke , nostro tablet shuru kariye.

Hi, if the breasts are engorged then do manual pumping of the breast to take out milk, this has to be done frequently. Also if there is fever then take paracetamol, and antibiotics if required.
