Hello lybrate-user.
We cannot suggest anything here as we don't know why doctor is suggesting cs. It is not necessary to have cs always if you had first cs.
We need to see all the tests done especially the sonography report.
Truly speaking except some extra money cs does not have major problems.
Even now a days normal delivery has more complications then cs like episiotomy stich break, or infection, long time recovery, difficulty in sex life, etc etc.

At time of delivery when pains are coming there is a chance of old scar on uterus giving away. To avoid this many patients and doctors do not try for normal delivery. However if patient and doctor are ready to accept this risk normal can be tried. After 2 caesarean no trial for normal.

By following few tips you can soothe your cough post c section like
drink lots of water after the operation, take all the drugs offered to you afterwards. When you cough - try to relax as much as possible - and brace your tummy for support.
If your cough is due to other reasons, you may need an examination to identify the right cause.

It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.
