To increase your weight: 1. Add fruits and aanwla to your diet to increase vit c which will increase your appetite 2. Rice and potatoes increase weight but recommended for short term only 3. Take some multivitamin 4. Keep walking in morning as regular exercise AND

hello sir, take high protein diet. have small and frequent meals. take milk and milk products. don't skip your meals. take soy milk, whole pulses like rajma , white channa, black channa , soy beans etc. take panner, tofu, egg , omelette, buttermilk, dark chocolate, cold coffee, any sweet item after dinner. do stretching exercise alternate days.

You are doing fine. Don't worry about others, focus on getting fit. Become strong. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food + daily exercise.Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily.
