Eating a lot of food does'nt help. Infact eating right amount and at appropriate time will help increase weight. You need to follow a diet rich in proteins, carbohydrate, good fat and also need to do some exercises that will increase muscle mass and also help increase weight. Eat overnight water soaked grams about 100 gm empty stomach early morning and after1/2 hr take one ripe banana and than a cup of milk with2 tsf honey .
After one hour take whatever breakfast you feel like.

Hi, I am a 23 (f) that has just noticed this these few weeks. I would have normal looking poo (brown), but when I go to wipe it would be bright yellow. And this problem intensifies when I eat spicy food. I have no other symptoms other than that - no pain, nothing, I go to poo everyday too. I have also just finished a course of week-long antibiotics 2 weeks ago for a nasty respiratory infection I caught while on vacation which completely killed my gut (this happens when i'm on antibiotics) is this normal? Just really anxious about health right now since i'm due to study overseas soon. Tia.
