I blackout in the office, my colleague said I did not hit my head anywhere. Though one of the colleague said that the temple in my left side was red. Since then, I have a swelling in the head near my temple and inside the hair. The pain sometimes is severe. I went ro hospital they said the blood work is normal and the ct scan is normal. I still feel the swell in my head and the throbbing pain. Sometime is too severe to endure and it will subside by itself. It been more one month now. The pain won't subside, now sometimes it will flare up to point that I just want to hit my head or press my head so hard to make it stop. Sometimes together with the pain I will feel like vomiting but nothing come out. The eyebrow is swelling constantly. I feel weak after the head ache flare up, like I am drain. Sometimes I will also feel like having hard tym breathing when the flare up starts.

Try to e as much rest as possible to part which is painful. Keep your hand held up in front of you as much as possible. If you hold your arm down and by your side swelling and pain may increase. If pain and swelling does not disappear consult bone specialist or a physiotherapist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
