When I was younger I received trauma to my lower back (fell on a stone) a few years ago my lower back started hurting so much where after sitting for a while standing up straight was impossible until after some time. It eased up a while and whenever I get my period, that spot would hurt. Now I get a numbing in my leg when I sit too long and the other night I couldn't sleep due to a burning sensation on both my legs. What should I do?

Hello doc, yesterday after working in computer, suddenly facing a left side head numbness on the left temple and above the left hair and I become anxious. I don’t have any dizziness or vomiting sensation. I went to general md he suggests to take brain mri if the symptoms didn’t relieved after one day. Next day I don’t have explicit numbness but having slight discomfort on left side of head. I don’t know whether it is my anxiety. Past experience: rarely face this head numbness after lying with head high for long time and ut resolves over the time. Also faced a sharp mild pain on left ear three days back after visiting hill station. I’m very much scared. Do I need to take mri? Is there something I need to worry?

The most common cause of headache is bloating. Pain in the ear could be caused due to altitude due to changing pressures. Drink water or eat while traveling to altitudes.
