Yes. It is better to do rct. It may need surgical crown lengthening procedure to expose the fracture base so that crown can cover on that fracture base region.

Hello, Extent of fracture will determine the treatment. If no symptoms are persisting, the filling should suffice and if extent of fracture is more, ideal line will be rct and crown.
First get it checked by dentist and den seek the appropriate treatment.
