The tooth seems to require an urgent dental treatment. An x-ray would be required to judge the infection level and cause of pain. Delay in such cases might decrease the survival rate of the tooth. Please visit nearest dentist soon.

If there's no pain, color change in your teeth then you may go for veneers. But if they are broken in such a way that later it may affect your pulp leading to pain then kindly get an X-ray done and may be you will have to get root canal treatment done followed by caps/ crowns. But all this can be only decided after having a look at the real condition of the fracture in your teeth. Kindly visit your dentist and get yourself examined and get the required treatment done.
