There is no mention of any cold, sneezing, wheezing sound in chest, fever, sputum with coloration, was there a viral fever at the beginning. Cbc, esr, ent check up and any medicine for bp. These are some of the important things. Consult physician - internal medicine for proper history taking, clinical examination, related investigations and diagnosis.

4. Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on
