You can do cbc, tsh, x-ray chest to find out. Do you suffer from frequent cold or cough? Any other symptom. By doing what it increases or decreases in intensity. It is very normal to get heavy breathing when running or playing. Don’t worry it’s not a heart attack.

"as" per your clinical history is concerned you can use (otrivin nasal spray) every 8 hours for blocked nose, add (actifed plus) tab twice a day for 7 days. Do check your blood differential count and if eosinophils % is high then you can add (unicarbazan fort tab) once a day for 21 days in bed time.

Chilled beer causes bloating of abdomen as the gas in beer distends the stomach and cause pain and difficulty breathing. You can take the beer slowly and not gulp it at once. And better to avoid beer. However if you have difficulty breathing while walking, then I would suggest you to meet your physician.
