Hello sir. I can understand your concern. The breasts might be either underdeveloped or having ptosis or some other deformity. The size and shape can be improved depending upon the patient requirement, age, present volume and shape. Conservative or surgical management, either has their own pros and cons. Please get a breast tissue biopsy done and rule out cancerous changes. yellowish discharge could be abscess but if not then could be cancerous.
