Breast lump should be taken cautious ly, you need to be examined by surgeon and mammogram and fnac to be done then finally lump should be removed surgically and to be sent for examination.

Pain can be due to many reasons. If it is in only one breast then you should see a surgeon. Before that you do self examination of the breast and look for any lump. It is not due to cancer usually.

Nothing needs to be done right away. You need to finish with the phase of lactation. Wait for a couple of months. If you still feel the discrepancy in size you can consult a plastic surgeon.

No, there are no known medications to reduce Adult Gynecomastia. SInce it is not a disease it is not necessary to remove it. For removal surgery is the only choice.
