Hi,
elderly females with any kind of breast problems should always go for thorough investigations like mammography, u/s scan of breast, blood investigations, etc as the risk of malignancy is very high. Hence, I advise you to consult a good breast specialist or at least a gynae doctor immediately for further evaluation. Only antibiotic treatment will not solve the problem.
