What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?How is your appetite?R you constipated or having loose stools?

hi Jayanthi if u will not feed the baby then milk will collect and may cause abscess formation so empty if milk collects by breast pump
apply Nicare and Dolo gel locally 3-4 times day .wipe the oint gel by cotton socket in lukewarm water and then feed the baby.
ok always try to feed baby before he or she demands and cry for feed. should fix the time

You are young age. These pains in breasts are a common normal symptom around your menses. It's called breast tenderness and occurs in almost all females before and during time of menses. Dear user, back acne can be caused due to wearing tight fitting clothes or by not washing the workout clothes and repeated usage of these clothes. Even the undergarments have to be washed regularly and should not be too tight. Best option will be to switch to cotton loose fitting clothes for a while and you can see the acne reduce.
