The breasts of women are formed from two types of tissue, adipose tissue and glandular tissue. Adipose is a fatty tissue that makes up the breast from inside by filling itself in the structure. Glandular tissue is a form of tissue specialized for production of milk in females mainly controlled by hormones in the body like progesterone. ;

From the age of puberty, breasts start to develop till 50 or 60 years of age. This breast is beautification of women and large breasts are seen by many females as cosmetic assets. But large breasts have many problems like back pain, neck pain. These breasts are controlled by many hormones in the body which are responsible for breast enlargement. There are some other factors which are responsible for enlarging breast:

Pregnancy, obesity, medication, genetics.

Some natural remedies to reduce the size of breast:

1) exercise

Exercising daily helps the body to reduce the fat on the chest and increases the muscle in the chest area which in turn supports the breast and helps to reduce the size of breast by not allowing formation of fat tissue.

Chest is contained with many types of fat which can be attended to by cardio and high intensity exercise. By advancing in this type of exercise those fat can be reduced to zero. Stair climbing, cycling, walking and many other aerobics exercises are responsible for speeding your body metabolism which in turn help to lose fat from all over the body.

Some exercises by pushups can tighten the muscles of the chest which help in reducing the size of the breast. Muscle in breast gets tone due to pushups which alter the breast look. These exercises stated above can help to avoid fat near the breast but cardio and full body exercises are best to see a reduction in fat near that area. We should exercise for 1 hour daily to remain fit.

Only exercise isn't important but what you eat is of greater importance. Eating fat in your diet may lose the profit gained by exercise. So we must have a balance between exercise and diet. Having more calories than you burn by exercises, will deposit fat near the breast area making breasts grow. Fruits, vegetables, lean non vegetarian foods help you to reach the target. Sweets should be avoided strictly.

3) green tea

Green tea has compounds which acts as an antioxidant, this increases the stomach metabolism which can easily metabolize the fat in the stomach. Green tea helps to burn fat and helps in weight loss. This doesn't allow you to rebuild the fat, so breast size can be reduced. It gives us energy and vitality needed for a healthy body.

;There are few fatty acids like omega-3 fatty acids, which are necessary for growth of the brain and its function. Hormones in the body are regulated by the brain which can be assisted by these fatty acids in the brain. Any abnormal function in the brain can trigger an imbalance of hormones which causes the growth of fat in the body and in the chest area.

Our body doesn't have a mechanism to produce these fatty acids which we need. By eating some foods with high content we get them like flax seeds, salmon, and tuna. These eating materials have high omega3 fatty acids. Estrogen hormone gets easily controlled or gets balanced by consuming these foods which help to reduce the size of breast. It also aids the digestive process which helps to reduce the fat over the body.

5) egg whites

The muscles in the breast can be dull by breastfeeding, age, weight loss. These muscles in the chest can tone by having some grams of protein. These muscles controlled the breast to remain in normal size. Eat egg whites to give those proteins needed by the body to make muscles near the breast. We can also apply egg whites mask to make skin shiny and elastic. Take egg whites and beat it to form the foam. Apply this for 30 minutes and remove it with warm water. We will notice the skin texture has changed.

Ginger is warm in nature and boosts the metabolism of the body which in turn helps to burn fat from all over the body. We must add it to food and drinks to have more effects. It increases the heat in the body, doctors advised to have twice a day to see the loss of fat. The heat of it also affects the chest area normally or during cold which helps to reduce the fat near chest.

The size of the breast is monitored sexually. Large breasts are good in comparison to small ones so women prefer large ones but exceeding a larger breast can cause problems to the back and chest area. There are many surgeries to reduce the size of breasts but they are not fully safe. Naturally reducing the size is the best one.
