The drug trozet is letrazole, which is used in breast cancer. It has no side effect on thyroid. If thyroid is enlarged, it is different disease. Investigations like TSH, T3, and T4 will guide diagnosis.

first of all pl accept my condolences for your mom's demise. I can understand how hard it is for you without your mom. As per your query goes women with close relatives who've been diagnosed with breast cancer have a higher risk of developing the disease. If you've had one first-degree female relative (sister, mother, daughter) diagnosed with breast cancer, your risk is doubled. This is as per one report from uk.
