Pls, be sure that the shoes are of the proper size and are not I'll be fitted.
Ask her about their comfort after wearing the shoes.
Continue all the exercises guided to you by your therapist.
Hot fermentation before and after the exercises.

It's very difficult, because of muscles won't contract properly due to stiffness in the joint and tightness present in the muscles.

Even if you go to the chiropractors for the flat foot which is of no use, because of foot bone alignments are in such a way, if you disturb it it will collapse the foot arch, try to do street exercises and foot wear modifications with arched foot support will help.

Check with your friend whether he has flat foot that might trigger the pain always and however we treat that may not help. Hot water fermentation will help and that can be done by immersing the foot in hot water. You shall ask your friend to wear mcr chappals.

You can go join a gym and learn the exercises which all help you to built your muscle tone .if possible try to get advice from a personal trainer in gym. You should concentrate more on strengthening exercises. And take more protein containing diets.

My wife's age is 49 and wife's foot is a flat foot. There is a problem for walking in a routine. Hens we have taken MRI of the foot. After the decision of the artho doctor, he operated by on 27 Aug. 2018 for ankle swelling problem. There is insert two screws for this problem. After 1 month there is a huge infection done in the operated place. Ortho Dr Has clean it and stitches again it. For the founded bacteria use vancomycin vial 20+gentamycin vial 25. After this treatment in Oct. 2018 wife has gone acute kidney failure and creatinine is going up to 15.39. nephrologist doing quick one by one 4 dialysis. Under 1-month treatment kidney function come in normal position and today's creatinine is 1.17. But from October 2018 to yet vertigo problem continues after walking and moving the head. We have shown to a neurologist and they said us this problem is done due to higher antibiotics. And they have doing some test i.e.vhit, balance test, gait and vestibular rehab. Dr.has are given us some exercise for the said problem. Hence I request herewith please Go through and consult us.

Do contrast bath ie. Take two tubs in one you can fill hot water (ie. Bearable heat) to immerse the feet in the tub and you will have good effect ie. Warmth effect. Further to that wipe with towel and immerse the feet in the cold water (ie. Ice water bath) which will help you to reduce the inflammation. Once this is done you can do some ankle movements to both the feet which will help you to boost and improve the blood circulation.
