You can go join a gym and learn the exercises which all help you to built your muscle tone .if possible try to get advice from a personal trainer in gym. You should concentrate more on strengthening exercises. And take more protein containing diets.

Include various shakes and smoothies, dry fruits and nuts, ghee and other healthy fats, multigrain or whole wheat bread, cheese to your diet. Eat more potatoes, rice and bananas. You need to improve the tone of the muscles in a rhythmical manner. If you do that with proper diet restriction nothing will happen to you. its a condition in which your one of hip joint bone gets degenerate n u will feel pain in hip joint, if it is severely reduced get replacement done of the joint to have permanent relief otherwise take physiotherapy .

many dont eat fish and are healthy, fish is not a must for healthy life. Eating fish is an individual's preference. Cod liver oil is good. Egg is also good. Eat what you like in a balanced manner. All the best.

This might be due to lack of blood circulation in the hands and we suggest to do contrast bath therapy ie. Immersing in cold/hot water in the interval of 3-5 minutes which will help you reduce the pain.
