Have been suffering from body aches for 2 months. I have vitamin d deficiency which was diagnosed 2 months ago and I have taken vitamin d3 40,000 ui six tablets so far. I have been doing better than that severe pain. However, my pain in not going at all, different part of my body pains. For example I had throbbing severe pain on my right thighs just above my knee joint and outer part of my right thigh it felt like the pain is radiating through my thigh. It did not pain when I pressed it. I needed a week to heal this pain, then my collarbone started paining. Now I can not move my neck because the end part of my collarbone pains extensively along with my right back. Moreover, sometimes left and right upper abdomen pains. It recovers itself after a while. Other the that I have a shooting ear pain sometimes. My knees also have a popping sound when I move it. My right leg feels weird when I walk, it does not pain though. I also had pain on my hips. It has recovered now, I also felt slightly feverish sometimes. Now I am fine though. I do not understand why I am suffering from these pains so frequently and a part of my body heals another part starts paining. Notable that I have a irregular bowel movement (probably ibs) I did stool test everything was fine. My wbc level is slightly high from normal (2 months ago, I am lean my rbc is normal and I have asthma. Please help me. My pain is not fully recovering even after 2 months. I am also having calcium tablets with vitamin d. I have rashes that does not hurt or itch sometimes they look so small its almost invisible. My platelet count is 105000.

First of all lybrate-user, please relax and stop worrying. You have started calcium tablets as advised so wait for at least 7-10 days. No need to perform unnecessary investigations. If you have body aches take a paracetamol tablet for pain relief. If your pain doesn't get relieved after a week let me know, you shall have to undergo a few tests. And I shall also need to see those rashes.
And stop self diagnosing yourself using google.

Popping sounds in the knee are normal. You need not worry about that. Since you have vitamin d3 deficiency and are taking tablets I can suggest that you take calcium tablets. Please get back to me in a week and let me know if it helped.
