Those who have regular 28 days cycle get ovulation around 14th day counting from first day of cycle (bleeding) Those who get cycles differently calculations have to be made differently as ovulation occurs 14 days prior to next period. So if you are getting regularly at 32 days then ovulation around 18 th day,

He is prone to develop chronic pancreatitis or probably he is already suffering. Ursodioxycholic Acid 300 mg can be tried after meal twice daily. But probably endoscopic removal with temporary stentimg will be better for him at this age. Surgery is more definitive as well as more aggressive mode.

Plaque is not removed regularly by tooth brushing and flossing, it hardens to create calculus (also known as tartar). Calculus cannot be removed with a toothbrush; only a dental professional can remove it during an oral cleaning.
There are certain mineral combos those are used for cleaning teeth effectively but can not clean to the extent of removing thick tartar or stone.

Expectant management can be tried for 4 weeks. A stone of size less than 4 mm has 90% chances of passage and if it's between 4-6 mm, 60% chances of passage. You can consult for further evaluation of symptoms and the medical management. Don't worry! Renal calculus is pretty common and can be treated with minimal risk.

Respected Sir
1.You are having a left lower ureteric calculus of size 5.2 mm.
2.stones of that size usually pass out spontaneously, given adequate time. 3.Please drink plenty of oral fluids, around 2.5 to 3 litres / day.
4.Try straining at the end of urination each time, which might assist in expelling the stone out.
5.please get yourself evaluated again after 2 weeks to confirm the expulsion of the calculus.
Hope this helps
Thanks.
