Hello how to calculate menstruation time because my last period date is 20 and this month is also 21 how I want to calculate whether it is 28 days or 32 days and also want to know my ovulation date kindly please help me.

If you got in July on 20 th and in August on 21 st then this time you got pariod at interval of 32 days. Those who have regular 28 days cycle get ovulation around 14th day counting from first day of cycle (bleeding) Those who get cycles differently calculations have to be made differently as ovulation occurs 14 days prior to next period.So if you are getting regularly at 32 days then ovulation around 18 th day, REMEMBER BODY DOES NOT BEHAVE LIKE MATHEMATICS
