Drink more water to combat dehydration and increase blood volume. As dehydration is the most common cause of low bp. Follow a healthy diet. Eat small, low-carb meals to prevent your blood pressure from dropping sharply after meals. Add more salt to your diet to increase your blood pressure. Go slowly. Instead of jumping out of bed in the morning, breathe deeply for a few minutes and then slowly sit up before standing.
Limit alcoholic beverages. Get regular exercise to promote blood flow.

Controlling BP is best achieved if lifestyle is modified along with medicines.

Life style modification includes diet control. Using low salt in diet, with less oily/spicy food will help you control BP.

Reducing weight to reach the normal BMI of 18 to 25 will significantly influence control of BP.

Managing stress, doing Yoga, quitting smoking and drinking and doing small work outs daily will help you in the long run.

Omron bp apparatus is good. U haven't mentioned your age. If you r an adult, systolic blood pressure of 110-129 and diastolic blood pressure of 80-89 is good. Heart rate is taken normal as 70-110.
Hope you will be satisfied.

Is this rise in bp for the first time. If so then check your bp for 3-4 days, if it’s constantly high then you need medication.
