In my opinion you don, it require any attention presently but I think your lifestyle is very sedentary. Keep yourself active and do cycling, running and exercise daily. No special food require presently but in common take a balanced diet avoid junk food and carbonated drinks.

Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
