Hi. Blood in stool can be cuz of two things .if it's cuz of piles. It will be painless .nd if it's cuz of fissure it will be painful along with constipation. You need to treat constipation if you hv fissure related bleeding.

The constipation might have led to haemarrhoids.
1) avoid spicy stuff
2) increase fibre content in the diet
3) drink plenty of water
