There will not be any issue in first pregnancy. Immediately after delivery you have to check the baby's blood type and if it is positive then your wife should get Anti D injection so that in next pregnancy if the baby is again positive it will not affected. In case first baby is negative type then no issue for the second one and no need for injection.

After first delivery she will have to take AntiRh injection and if not taken on time there can be problems for pregnancy in near future
