"as" per your clinical history is concerned feeling tired can be due to many causes so to know exact cause do a clinical examination by your nearest doctor and ask him to do an ECG to rule out heart problems, do adjust blood pressure medications, check fasting blood sugar to rule out diabetes, check tsh to rule out thyroid problems and check deficiency of iron and b complex.
