Pt with decreased uterine artery bld flow are at a slight increased risk of preterm delivery, intra uterine growth retardation or pregnancy induced hypertension.
You should take a protein rich diet ,salt restricted diet. Take arginine sachet daily regular antenatal checkup.

In general every patient who has a significant blockage in the heart or has a history of heart attack should be on at least 4 types of medications
1) antiplatelets which increase the clotting time of blood and decrease chances of future heart attacks and Re-stenosis of the stent. Once you are proven to have Coronary Artery Disease and have undergone stenting then you need these medications lifelong. You are only on a small dose of statin and I would suggest you continue that. Blockage in all three arteries with reduced heart function& hhistory of cardiac arrest is a serious thing. He will definitely need a by pass surgery (CABG). The risk of the surgery will be higher than a normal patient with blockage in all three arteries.
