Sir, it is difficult to comment on a skin lesion without seeing it, is it located in any other places of your body? Whether there is associated itching, pain,fever?
It will not be justified to comment on a lesion without seeing any photograph of the lesion and knowing the associated features, number, site, size of the lesions.

Condition is called urticaria ,do you have it since years? Probable cause can be most common to food ,do some dietary modification of not eating eggs ,fried stuff ,cashews ,prawns ,nuts. Have a note of when the symptoms are seen ,is it in the night only or throughout the day ,is it associated with swelling of the face ,lips, breathing difficulty ,any associated joint pains or chronic illness ,thyroid problems ,are your blood investigation done?

it's important to find out whether the blister and itching is caused by a bacterial/fungal or any other organisms.
The type of organism that infected you may also depend on your body's immunity status.
If you had an unsafe intercourse, it may be possible that some std/sexually transmitted disease may have crawled in.
So I advise you to urgently visit a skin/medicine specialists in person and take a opinion.
