The main reason tooth problems is not brushing teeth regularly at night before going to bed. Also eating sweets/ noght at night .
Take a mixed balanced diet and increase intake of boiled vegetables &fruits.
gargle mouth with warm salt water regularly daily especially after dinner.

Place a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower back or abdomen.
Rest when needed.
