your problems are---1) painful coitus with bleeding and 2) menstrual cycle-- related problems--okmobile you have not given details like --whether you are newly married /you have kids/ the coitus which you mention is--as part of family life /or - extramarital etc -

Yes it is normal as you had sex for the first time your hymen got ruptured which caused this postcoital (after sex) bleeding it will stop after sometime but if not then you need to consult a doctor.

You can go for warm saline gargles and rinsing after every meals. Do jal neti regularly in the morning for at least 1 week to 10 days.
Take limcee tablets 2 tab three times a day for 2 weeks.
Apply turmeric paste on gums once or twice a day.
