Hi. Please go for an ultrasound to see if there is pregnancy. Sometimes there can be mild bleeding on and off throughout pregnancy especially in relation to the position of the placenta. Best wishes.

Postpartum hemorrhage is a condition where a woman may lose a lot of blood (approximately 500ml to 1000ml) from her vulva shortly after childbirth. After a miscarriage bleeding is not like periods it's lot less in amount and it's a good sign most probably you were suffering from blighted ovum syndrome where a nest is made in uterus but fetus doesn't grow
reason for the pregnancy test being positive and at 7 weeks nothing is seen on ultrasound.
