1.You should maintain high grade of personal hygiene. 2.Do change your underclothes at least 2 times a day
3.Wear cotton under garments
4.Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.
5.Keep the area dry

So as per your symptoms concerned, are more likely to be urinary tract infection. Do one urine routine and microscopic test, if pus cells present go for urine culture and sensitivity, mean while take tab levoday 500 once daily for 5 days, tab urispas twice daily for 5 days, syp alkasol 20 ml with 1 glass of water twice daily for 7 days. Drink plenty of water.
