Bladder stones, not to be confused with kidney stones, are formed when substances such as calcium oxalate found in urine coalesce into solid lumps and form deposits in the bladder. See there is no way to expel gall bladder stones (unlike case of kidney stones). So gall stones if they are not creating problem, let them be there. But do follow annual checkups. But if they are causing problem, its better to remove them.
