Cystoscopic removal of such a small stone is a very small day care procedure without any complication or stitch then why are you bearing such pain and trouble, meet surgeon/urologist and get rid of it.

Please understand that every surgical procedure is not means to cut the body. Vesical calculus of such diameter can be removed by cystoscopy, very easy and painless, OPD procedure. Don't worry, find a good urologist or a surgeon familiar with cystoscope.

My question is related to urologist. On 10th June, 2017 I got a USG done for whole abdomen. In USG report a lesion of 6 x 6 mm was seen on the wall of my urinary bladder. I got a CT -Scan done after 7 days to ensure this but in the CT-Scan the urinary bladder was clear as no lesion could be found. There after I had to go for 3 USGs in between a year for my digestion problem in all the USGs report "No lesion was seen. Unfortunately only on 10th July, 2018 I had to go for a USG for whole abdomen where the Lesion was found but its size was described to only 5.8 x 4.9 mm (less than the earlier one found a year back). My question is this as to why this lesion could not be seen during other USGs and CT Scan conducted after the first USG and secondly as per latest report it is diminishing in size. I don't have any urine problem of any sort all my reports of urine are also clear. So under the circumstances do I have any need of cystoscopy to remove this small lesion or may I wait and watch to check its growth to take a decision for going to cystoscopy? Please advice. Thanks.

USG is operator dependent meaning its results are dependent on the skill of the operator. CT is not an ideal investigation for soft tissue pathology. MRI is more appropriate for soft tissue pathology. Get a cystoscopy done to settle the question once and for all.

Yes.
Its usually painful.
It may be accompanied by severe ureteric colic and hematuria.
But sometimes it passes so easily that you just feel a little burning sensation of urethra.
Drink lots of fluids.
In the end. Stone comes out matters. Not the pain.
Regards.

Gall bladder stone surgery has nothing to do with kidney size or location. If you have pain then stones in kidney are removed and for gall stones gall bladder is removed.
