Dear doc I am really confused I have a problem in my testicles and bladder. I have a weird feeling and burning sensation in my testicles. Sometimes it become loose and hanging. There is burning sensation from testicles to bladder and penial too. While urination I have a strange feeling. Due to this I feel backbone pain. There is strange oily smell while urinating. I tried to many doctors some doctors said that its just uti or cystitis. And some says you have hydrocyls. And recently I met with sexologist. He said to me that I have a that problem and I am losing dhat through my urine. I am really tensed. Which one doc is true and right now I can not decided what to do and really in depression. Unmarried No sexual or physical relationship till date One or two times masturbation in a month (rarely) No cigarette tobacco and alcohol consumption Low pleasure in masturbation After drinking water or any liquid feel urinated soon My latest urine report as Wbc 2-3/hpf Epithelial 1-2/hpf And rest others nil This problem is happening from 6-7 months. Sometimes it recovered automatically and again happened. Am just worried about my sexual power and penis length. Plzz guide me.

3.take lots of water so as to have clear urine
4.do not use any spray, scented bath products
5.try to take shower rather than bath

Sir, I am 43 years male. I have gastrointestinal problem since 15 yrs, I did my endoscopy colonoscopy small bowel biopsy 15 years back when I had this problem, all test came normal ,except I was b12 defienct. As you said you have gastric issues and your hpylori is positive you should take treatment for that first before going towards homeopathy.
As per my own knowledge homeopathy takes much time to show its affect on the problem. My suggestion would be to take allopathy treatment first and be symptom free and then opt for homeopathy.
