Dear Pradeep,
I don't know, since how long you are taking these medicines. I don't know the diagnosis of your disorder. All these 3 medicines have been started at a low dose for you to tolerate the side effects. After 2-3 weeks, it will be increased to an effective dose. Then, there will be improvement. Please inform your doctor about the effective medicine and dose of it, in your previous episode.

You are on suboptimal prophylactic dosage of medicines, possibly you are experiencing subsyndromal affective symptoms. Medicines need to be titrated in you which is possible only with consultation. Ketamine helps in depressive disorder or depressive phase of bipolar mood disorder. It doesn't help in mania, hypomania or mixed phase of bipolar disorder.
Your condition needs to be assessed first, to come to conclusion if ketamine infusions are going to help you or not!

bipolar disorder is combination of mania & depression. Some times patient will have the symptoms of mania & sometimes depression.in depression patient will having low appetite, low mood ,no interest, insomnia etc
