Follow this1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.

You have to be consistent in your diet regimen according to season and body constitution. This will help you a lot without medicine. Added to that is medicine but that can be guided if you send all the reports to my personal chat link on Lybrate. Pl write your age, wt, ht, main issues, send important reports and rewrite questions on priority serial (main issues first). Send these to me. It will not be done overnight, may take few months. But first try for 2 months minimum.
