There is no cream etc for wrinkles, these are all market gimmicks. U need to do lifestyle changes in form of food n exercise to stretch your skin.

Gargle daily with salt and warm water thrice daily. Have 1 tsp honey and 3-4 drops of ginger juice in it. Let your throat/ voice rest (avoid over-use of voice like shouting, singing, etc.), avoid exposure to cold air/ cold drinks & sour things, foods items with preservatives.
Take Schwabe's Alpha- CF/ 1 tab. daily 3 times day for 4 days. Then get back to me.

In a small bowl, mix one teaspoon of honey, one teaspoon of lemon juice, one tablespoon of powdered milk, and half a teaspoon of almond oil together. Apply the mixture to your skin and leave it on for about 10 of 15 minutes, then rinse it off in cold water. Use this mask every other day. Make a gram flour face mask.

for kids, always maintain a balanced, healthy and nutritious diet by giving seasonal fruits, salads, good amount of water, milk and milk products, legumes, cerelas, nuts (almonds, cashewnuts, pistachios, peanuts) and encourage him in for participating in physical activities which is a kind of exercise for kids. All these would help in increasing his immunity, maintaining good health.

I am giving you general tips for diarrhoea/loose motion
1. Avoid food from outside, and fatty, fried spicy, heavy food
2. Lot of fluid to be taken
3. Start ors (dissolve one packet in one liter of clean drinking water and to be consumed in whole day)
4. Take freshly prepared home made light food like moong dal, chapati, dalia, khichdi report near by physician if symptom persist or new symptoms like vomiting, abdominal pain, fever, blood in stool appear.
