Hello.
Its great decision to quit. Set a date when you will absolutely not smoke. Work towards that day by gradually decreasing the number of cigarettes per day. Buy only one cigarette at a time and walk ten minutes to a shop before you buy the next one. You can also use the nicotine chewing gums available in chemists. You can consult a psychiatrist for medications to reduce craving. Good luck!

Dear, Tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. Smoking can affect your mouth, throat, lungs, heart, stomach and brain in many ways. Cancer is one among the potential diseases smoking can cause. The best method is to leave it and continue with your will power. There are other methods like Nicotine Replacement therapy and pharmacotherapy combined. Nicotine chewing gums too help as an alternative for cigarettes. But still you will need will pow...more

You can only control your urge to smoke weed by strong will power. Just think of how much it damaging your heath and how much money you wasted for it. As time passes eventually it will affect your digestive system so badly that it will be difficult for you to eat and digest. You can consult a psychiatrist as he/she may prescribe you some antidepressents which will suppress your urge to smoke and will counsell you to get over it.

You have to try and try again till you succeed. You have to quit cold turkey because the body and mind will torture you endlessly while attempting a reduction in smoking. The tobacco tar in cigarette smoke lines your lung with huge patches that make that portion dysfunctional. Your oxygen carrying capacity is jeopardized, and breathing is impinged on. But don’t be discouraged because it is not too late even now to reverse all the ill-effects of smoking. I don’t know what other organs could be da...more
