Asked for male, 60 years old from Hyderabad

I am 60 years old now and suffering from grade 1 bph from 2013. My prostate size was 33 cc in the year 2013. From that time onwards I am taking tamdura, one tab daily and doing psa test every 6 months. Now prostate size is 25 cc and my psa is between 3.5 and 4.5. Should I continue or stop tamdura? Please advise.

I am a 38 years male. I have the symptoms of bph. The problem arrived gradually over months and it was unnoticed. I could notice it recently when I had an uti, which is resolved within 5 day with the course of norflox-400 bd and a syrup potassium citrate. I am still taking himalaya cystone to avoid recurrence of uti or stone. Now the burning during urination and pain is resolved, but restricted urine flow, increased frequency and retention is still there. I want to rule out the prostate cancer or any other infection before starting any treatment. Please suggest a diagnosis plan, blood tests, usg etc. To confirm the exact problem and then treatment plan.

Had bph problem with prostate size 35 cc & psa level 9.73 in january 2019. Doctor prescribed me antibiotics. Result in july 2019 psa level was 1.055 & prostate size was 25 cc. Doctor continued my treatment by bacstol 200 mg/niftran followed by silofast d8 up to september 2019 & than stopped. In jan 2020 psa was 2.015 in feb 2020 psa was 1.986 in may 2020 psa is 3.018 urine reports are normal (only pus cells 2-3) both routine & culture. But at present urine pressure & flow is low. 1200 ml urine I pass in a day in 10 times. Please suggest me treatment.

I am 72 years old man and suffering with heart diseases tvd. Angioplasty done and crt - d implanted. Presently facing huge problem due to bph. (on kub report pol is 33 pvr is 62/205). Not able to pass urine properly. Few drops passing in 20 minute waiting time. Doctor recommended silodosin 8 mg and dutasteride 0.5 mg. I am taking this medicine since last 3 years. Kindly suggest the best medicine.
