Your proper weight according to your height is 68 kg.If you want to get muscular body avoid fast foods,junk foods as far as possible.Take plenty of whole fruits,vegetables.Use unrefined foods.Protein will help you in this case.Use healthy fat in cooking.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water.These are common things but for professional help consult me privately on lybrate.
