1.when getting home after sun exposure, do apply curd and wait for 15 mts. Then massage it and wash it off
2.Lemon juice and honey
Take fresh lemon juice, add some honey to it and apply on your skin.

Am doing exercise Jogging daily. Am planning to change my diet. As of am googling for weight loss drinks I have seen cumin is good for weight loss and it is naturally. So my question is cumin has amazing benefits for weight loss and also side effects for weight loss. Side effects are it says consuming cumin seeds f can leads to men’s fertility and miscarriage for womens. And so may side effects are their. But as we are planning to conceive in future it may be any problem for my fertility and my husbands fertile. I had a doubt most of the videos are saying consuming lots may take miscarriage in pregnancy or else it can reduce my fertility. Can you tell me doctor. Is the cumin is good for weight loss before pregnancy as if I take cumin seeds water before pregnancy as I lose my weight. Is it will be a problem to conceive.
