Dear Lybrateuser, - It is advisable to have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains & protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, soya products, beans, pulses, sprouts, nuts instead of taking a supplement as natural foods are more easily absorbed & digested than supplements
