The short answer to this question is that adding milk to coffee does not harm your health. Although more studies are needed to confirm these findings, it lowers the absorption of an antioxidant called chlorogenic acid available in coffee by 23%. This simply means that you are not getting 100% of the benefit of that one antioxidant, yet you are still getting much more of it than coffee abstainers.

garcinia can be taken. but black coffee isn't recommended. lemon juice or lemonade u can take separately. caffeine in black coffee is a powerful toxin as its concentration is high. hence avoid coffee .
