You can restart you previous medication with proper consulation. Facial palsy usually recovers with time. U might need to continue the facial muscle exercises. I ver rare occasions ther can reoccur. By the way have done any nerve conduction studies of facial nerve and blink refkex. They sometimes used to predict the prognosis.

Skull fracture to the temporal bone is responsible for causing facial palsy. It is not considered permanent, but in rare cases, it does not disappear. Currently, there is no known cure. However, recovery usually begins 2 weeks to 6 months. A more detailed discussion may help to understand your actual medical status.
Thanks.

It takes time, practice and certain kind of medical treatment in presence of a right practitioner. Avoid taking any random medical treatment because that can be harmful and can damage your vocal cords. Laryngitis, or inflammation of the larynx, is the most common cause of sudden hoarseness or voice loss. Smoking and other air pollutants can cause laryngitis.
