It could be due to fungal infection
1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 2. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5mg) at bed time if itching is severe
3. Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply talcum powder in the area 4. Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one
5. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one
6. Maintain personal hygiene

Do exercise like swimming,skipping,squat,lying butt bridge.These will help you.According to your height proper weight is 53 kg.Just avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Eat lots of whole fruits,vegetables.Drink lots of water.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Tale quality sleep.

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
