Teratoma cannot be dissolved by any medicine. Surgery is recommended to treat the pressure symptoms and adequate tissue is available for precise diagnosis and staging if required.

Dear user, it could be a benign cyst that causes the fainting and seizure. I would suggest you to get an opinion from an endocrinologist as you have put your location as coimbatore. Most probably it will be a minor procedure to drain the cyst. You can always get a second opinion from 2-3 endocrinologists. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a positive feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.

Tcc is transitional cell carcinoma (transition cells are inside lining of bladder and ureter ), so essentially it means there is cancer like mass in distal (near the end) ureter, which is blocking/obstructing urine urine flow from kidney to bladder causing increased back pressure on kidney and will lead to kidney damage if urine flow is not restored, also to confirm if mass is cancerous, biopsy should be done.

The best option is to start physiotherapy treatment for posture correction and pain relief.
As in this condition the spine is losing its curve and is bending forward which can cause pain in maintaining simple but important postures like sitting or standing.
Treatment involving mild joints alignment and mobilisation should be integrated.
I hope this will help.
For any further enquiry, you can contact.
